The subject of the invention is a pipette with an adjustable volume, wherein an upper stop bushing provided with inside threading is arranged around the piston shaft of the pipette in corresponding threading formed around said piston shaft. When the press button is turned, the upper stop bushing that determines the top position of the piston can be moved by means of the thread joint up and down in relation to the piston shaft so as to adjust the volume of the pipette. In the frame casing of the pipette, along the side, a longitudinal slit passing through the frame casing and provided with a scale is arranged. At the bottom end of the piston shaft, an expansion part is arranged or formed into which a ball is fitted in a bore,, said ball being pressed outwards by a spring. When the press button is turned, the ball is always during the movement of rotation, when it comes over the slit in the pipette frame, pressed against the sides of the slit in the wall of the upper stop bushing thereby locking the press button and the piston shaft in position. Then, by means of its position in the slit, the ball expresses the pipettable volume, which can be read from the scale.

The disadvantage of the known pipette is the impossibility the implementation of stepwise accurate dosage of medicinal substances. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the dosage. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a pipette with an adjustable volume, comprising a housing, a piston rod, a spring-loaded button and a locking sleeve, on the side surface of the housing there is a slot provided with a scale, and at the end of the ijiTOKa there is a thickening with a hole in which placed a spring-loaded ball, interacting with the slot 1 shows a pipette with adjustable volume, general view; in fig. 2 - the same section; in fig. 3 is a section A-A in FIG. 2; in fig. 4 shows a variant of the construction shown in FIG. 3. A cylindrical cannula 2 with a terminal tube 3 is attached to the bottom part of the pipette casing 1. A piston 4 is installed in the cylindrical cannula, around which a helical spring 5 is installed, pressing upwards on the piston 1. At the upper end of the cylindrical cannula 2 there is an annular groove in which around the piston 4 a sealing ring b is installed, closed in the groove by an annular disk 7. The rod is located so that it acts on the upper end of the piston 4, and the upper end of the rod 8 is provided with a push button 9. On the inner side, the pipette housing 1 has an annular juice 10, on which the spring 11 rests, and is mounted around the piston rod 8. At the upper end of the pipette body 1, a taper sleeve 13 is fixed by means of a taper nut 12, the upper end of the second spring 9 being mounted on the lower surface of the sleeve 13. The upper retaining sleeve 14 using a thread 15 made on the piston rod 4 of the pipette rests on the bottom surface ring 10, when the rod 8 and the piston T are in the upper positions, whereby the upper stop sleeve 14 determines the upper position of the piston 4. In order that the upper stop sleeve 14 cannot rotate from the inside of the core whisker pipette 1, the outer circumference of the sleeve 14 is provided with a vertical groove 16, which comes in a vertical projection or wedge 17 of the housing 1 of the pipette. The device groove-wedge can be made and vice versa, i.e. the groove 16 may be located in the housing 1, and the wedge 17, respectively, in the upper locking sleeve 14. The stem 8 of the push button 9 at the lower end ends with a thickening 18, and in the recess or hole 19, made in the thickening 18, the ball 20 is squeezed in the outward direction by a spring 21. On the side of the housing 1, a longitudinal groove or slot 22 is provided, provided with a scale 23, the outer side of the slot being closed by a window 24. The pipette works as follows. When the push button 9 rotates, the bulge 18 rotates with the button and piston rod 8, and the ball 20 periodically moves along the slit 22 and presses against its side, thereby locking the rod 8 of the push button 9 in a certain position in the direction of rotation. Locking is eliminated by turning the push button 9 with a little more force in either direction. Instead of the coil spring 21 and the ball 20, the expanded part 18 may have a shape that forms sheet-like spring means 25 and a protrusion or bulge 26 corresponding to the same or replaced ball (Fig. 4). By placing in the groove or slot, the ball 20 or the corresponding means, such as the protrusion 26, indicate the volume pipetted, which can be read from the scale 23 and which is regulated or spatially adjustable on the other hand.
